Lorraine is a community oriented individual with a strong work- ethic. She is a multi-talented, multi-cultural and diverse individual. She currently owns and operates LEC Media, Communications &Entertainment, a multimedia company that helps businesses and communities expand to the next level in web 2.0, marketing materials and corporate communications.
She is also working on Project Rejoice; a non-profit organization designed to bridge the gaps that can hinder Christians from joining together in the common goal of proclaiming the love of Jesus to all people. Project Rejoice focuses praise and worship and outreach in various ways. Project Rejoice is partnering with Christian Hearts in order to get the Word out to non Christians via internet radio.
Lorraine grew up in a Methodist church and attended both Lutheran and Catholic schools. She was involved in several school and church related activities including student council, Campus Ministers, Junior Mission Project, Choir, drama club and youth groups. In addition to having the will and the desire to be a witness and to help bring people to Christ Lorraine has studied the word for many years. She has also been a believer all of her life.
Lorraine has three degrees two are from Wayne State University and one is from Oakland Community College. She has an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts from OCC. Lorraine maintained a 3.4 G.P.A. while attending Oakland Community College. She also intensely studied math, the sciences and history. When she graduated OCC she decided to transfer to WSU where she was a dual major.
She obtained a Bachelor of Arts in History from WSU in December 2006. She studied a well-rounded curriculum of world history with concentrations on immigration, integration and the social implications of colonization; American history with concentrations on black history, labor unions and race relations in urban areas; and Michigan history with emphasis on race. WSU did not particularly have the historical curriculums that Lorraine sought, but the department was forward thinking enough to have several classes that allowed her to synergistically piece the classes together in order to fulfill her learning goals.
Lorraine also has a B.A. in journalism with a minor in media arts and studies form WSU. She has had several classes that have prepared her for writing, radio and television production including:
· Copyediting
· Feature Writing
· Writing for Radio Television and Film
· Television Production
· Radio Production
· Field Production and Editing
· News Writing
· Public Affairs Reporting
· Layout and Design
She has worked intensely in the field of journalism since her senior year at Oakland
Community College. After being accepted into Wayne State University in 2003 she immediately started classes and began contributing to The South End, WSU’s official student news paper.
While pursuing a heavy curriculum with significant demands from both of her majors and her minor Lorraine took on significant responsibilities including internships. She interned at WTVS, Detroit’s PBS affiliate, as a production intern. She routinely assisted with show productions, research and field production. While interning at WTVS Lorraine completed the production of a segment. The production included research, show treatment, field production, coordinating equipment, staff for the production and more.
Lorraine also worked at WDET, Detroit’s NPR affiliate as a news intern. She routinely researched, interviewed and wrote 2 to 4 stories daily on deadline and many of those stories were her own ideas. She covered Keith Butler’s campaign for US Senator. Butler is black, the lead pastor for one of the metro area’s largest churches and he ran as a republican, it was major news. She also covered the UN sanctions against Michigan for charging children as adults.
Lorraine is a community advocate. She has written about AIDS and HIV in the community in order to educate residents; volunteered to tutor students at her church charter school; taught Sunday School; taught vacation bible school and participated in community outreach with her current church. Community growth, communication and awareness are a major part of Lorraine’s personal life mission.

Deliverance:
Deliverance is the ability to be free from something that had you in bondage. This is a scripture-rich broadcast that tells the truth of deliverance. God delivers us from everything. All sickness, all evil, all fear… everything.
When we ask Jesus into our heart, He comes. He fills us and all the emptiness that was once there leaves. We are a new creature in Christ. The joy of being a new creature in Christ is one of the reasons I do this, besides being called.
I love you saints and I want you to know deliverance is attainable through Him. I have produced this scripturally based podcast for you listen to over and over again. It is taken directly from the word of God and several scriptures are read. The bible is God breath and every word gives us life. Knowing the word of God is knowing the Truth, the Way and the Life, Jesus. Jesus is the Truth and the truth shall set you free. Jesus sets us all free, indeed.

Who I am in Christ:
This broadcast has thee very strong and powerful praise and worship/Gospel songs that drive home very scripture-based characteristics that all Christians have. This broadcast was a blessing to carry out because I was able to tell God’s children who we are… In Christ.
Saints, the importance of knowing who you are in Christ is paramount to understanding your place in your Father’s Kingdom. You are a child of the Most High God. He is the King of Kings. There is none like Him and He called you His. He paid the price by sending His only begotten Son to die on cross at Calvary, for you personally.
Knowing who you are in Christ is important to building your inner strength in Him and taking the authority that belongs to you as his child. Listening to this production over and over again until you get it, do a study of the verses in this production. Build yourself up with the word of God and what it says about you.
Saints just as I am called to relay the Gospel via these internet productions. You are called you hear the word in everyway possible so you can build your selves up. I eagerly impress upon you to build yourselves up in the Word. Be Blessed Saints.

The Anointed:
The Anointed is a 4 part series that talks about four Old-Testament figures that were anointed and what they did with their anointing. This series is by no means exhaustive, but it is very enlightening and firmly based in the bible.
To be anointed is
To authorized, or set apart, a person for a particular work of service. The anointed person belonged to God in a special sense. In the New Testament, all who are Christ’s disciples are said to be anointed; They are God’s very own set apart and commissioned for service. 1
Please acknowledge that as a Christian you are anointed, you are set apart for God’s purpose. All scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching. These four characters are lessons for you who are and can be if you acknowledge your anointing. Listen to their stories in God’s own words. Hear the truth and feel the life of God’s breath feel your ears, our spirit, your body your heart. Use this word to nurture your purpose in God’s kingdom.
Dear saints, dear beloved and anointed children of God you are His. You are set apart and you will win the battle.
Be blessed saints.
Love Daughter of Zion, Rainy
The Anointed Part 1 of 4:
In this first part of the series we get a strong definition of anointed. We learn that all Christians are anointed by Christ. We will also learn about two kings, who had two very different paths, Saul and David.
The Anointed Part 1
The Anointed Part 2 of 4:
In the second part of the series we look at Esther, her anointing and what kind of fulfillment came into existence because she chose to follow God.
The Anointed Part 2
The Anointed Part 3 of 4:
In the third part of the series we look as Gideon and what he accomplished with his anointing.
The Anointed Part 3
The Anointed Part 4 of 4:
Coming soon – I will draw the common thread of anointing, by studying each character and the environment in which their anointing asserted itself. I will also discuss how we as Christ can use these anointed figures as examples in our own lives.
Be Blessed,
Love Daughter of Zion, Rainy
