CHF COMMUNITY INITIATIVE

Our initiative here at the Christian Hearts Foundation is to get involved and to take a stand against poverty, teen violence and urban blight.

We want to move towards humanity through creating community initiatives, reaching out to troubled youth and helping people empower themselves through entrepreneurship and job training.

We are calling other like-minded Christians to join us in rebuilding our communities, one soul at a time.
