Not Perfect

We are not perfect lord
But through your love mercy and forgiveness
We strive for perfection

We seek to change the ways of our youth
We seek for courage and the wisdom to carry out your plan for our lives
We seek focus to stay on a straight and narrow path while in pursuit our purpose

We are not perfect lord

We seek patience to deal with ignorance
We seek to forgive our enemy as you forgave us
We seek to build a legacy through hard work and faith with your blessing

We are not perfect lord

We know that we can achieve perfection

We seek protection against the trickery of our enemy
We seek careers that will us to proudly allow you to be you first in our lives
We seek strength and perseverance to survive in perilous times

We are not perfect lord

Dear lord we know that we are far from perfect and we come to you as sinners standing in the need of prayer.
We ask that you keep our families and us safe from the traps of satin.
Economically we ask for direction.
Not a hand out lord.
So that we each may become economically free from the chains of debts.

We know that we can achieve perfection
